Past Project

In the Fall semester I started working on a project that revolves around children’s usage of mobile touch, entitled MTAGIC. The project investigates how gesture and target interactions may be vary during the different developmental periods of life.

The project is led by Lisa Anthony and Quincy Brown and is funded by the NSF Human Centered Computing grant.

For the fall, fellow PhD student Robin Brewer and I have been working with children ages 5-7. Collecting data and analyzing it to see what finding emerges about this age group and touch and gesture.

  1. Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s challenging to get
that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and appearance.
I must say you have done a very good job with
this. In addition, the blog loads super fast for me on Safari.
    Exceptional Blog!

  2. Amazing blog! Do you have any helpful hints for aspiring
writers? I’m hoping to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress
or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m completely overwhelmed ..
    Any tips? Many thanks!
